Parts Coordinator
Due to our growth, we are hiring a Parts Coordinator to support our Sales Team.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring the timely delivery of parts to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure the availability of parts for customer orders.

Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.

Coordinate with suppliers to source and procure parts as needed.

Prepare and dispatch orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.

Assist with the development and implementation of inventory management processes.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Perform regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in a parts coordinator or similar role, preferably in the machinery or heavy equipment industry.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of machinery parts and equipment is an advantage.

Ad-Hoc duties to support the Sales Team.
